Application Deadline: October 20, 2023
What is this? Members of the community submit their original artwork for a chance to be featured in Crest Fest '23. Our team will narrow down the submissions and the finalists will have their art on display through the buildings and grounds of FSBC. Please read all rules and guidelines before submitting application.
Entry Fee: $10 (All proceeds not used for display will be donated to Norfolk Street Choir Project)
Exhibition Dates: December 2nd, 2023-January 6th, 2024

Creche Fest ‘23 is an art exhibition celebrating various interpretations of the story of Jesus Christ’s birth, displayed throughout the building and grounds of FSBC.

Deadline for Submissions: October 20, 2023
Notification of Acceptance: November 1, 2022
Delivery Deadline for Accepted Artworks: November 11th
Opening Reception: Saturday, December 2, 5:30-7:30pm
Exhibition Dates: December 2nd, 2023 - January 6th, 2024
Artwork Pick Up Dates: After January 8, 2024
Rules & Eligibility

Anyone may submit up to three original artworks for consideration through the website or by dropping off an application.

Original works of art completed by the artist may be submitted for consideration. FSBC reserves the right to refuse artworks that do not meet installation requirements, judged unsuitable, or cannot be accommodated.

Artwork must not include any unstable live media or food.

All outside work must be weather resistant and able to be secured and remain outside.

Artwork must be ready to hang or display. FSBC will not accept hanging work that is submitted without a wire hanger.

Artwork can be in any medium (painting, photography, etc.) if it adheres to the requirements above.

Artists may be requested to assist in pieces requiring unique installation.

FSBC cannot insure works on display during the exhibition, stored or displayed. FSBC will do their utmost in care for the handling of artwork.

The church may not be able to accommodate placing work in specific locations in the exhibition. Artwork will be accepted for display. FSBC will contact any artist and pass along their contact information with their written permission in the event there is an interested buyer.
