Companions in Christ

Do you wish to DEEPEN
your experience of GOD?
Do you desire to EXPLORE
the fullness of life in Christ through spiritual practices?
Do you yearn to RECEIVE
the grace and guidance of the Spirit in community?

If so, consider joining Companions in Christ!

Each Fall, Freemason Street begins a new small group experience in spiritual formation called Companions in Christ.  Many of our members have experienced tremendous transformation through this 28 week course.  There are daily exercises for participants to do throughout the week and a weekly group meeting of two hours.  Group size is limited to 10 individuals. If you are interested, please sign up for more information, call the church office at 625-7579, email Michael Sciretti at michael@freemasonstreet.org, or email Jane Bailey at jshbailey@cox.net.

More about the Material

Companions in Christ is a 28-week study for small groups that focuses on five areas, each unit comprising 5-6 weeks:

  •  Embracing the Journey
  • Feeding on the Word
  • Deepening Our Prayer
  • Responding to Our Call
  • Exploring Spiritual Guidance

There are daily exercises for participants to do throughout the week, then a once-weekly group meeting for two hours.  It is a 28-week commitment, but breaks will be built into the study.  Group size will be capped at not more than 10 individuals, and it is desired that groups be diverse in age and gender.
