Join us!

Freemason Street Baptist Church invites you to experience our ministry through the quality worship of God, small group Bible Studies, community service and vibrant fellowship activities. Founded in 1848, we are a vital, living church in the heart of downtown Norfolk.

Join us
for worship, where our church calls people to remember what God has done for us and reminds us how God is still at work in our world, in our lives, and is drawing us into a meaningful future.

Join us for Bible study to meet new friends and discuss how ancient wisdom applies to today's living.

Join us for community ministry, where we care for others in Christ's name to make our world a better place. We serve locally through Habitat for Humanity, grocery delivery services, and care for international seamen who are in port. We serve internationally through a Cuban church partnership.

And, Join us for fellowship through first Sunday's full-course congregational breakfast, Family Fun Nights, Wednesday night suppers, after-worship coffee hours and special seasonal events which can be found on our calendar page.
